Customer satisfaction and feedback is a crucial part of our core competencies and we prioritize any feedback given, positive or negative. Customers are able to electronically submit a Customer Satisfaction Survery or download the survey in PDF below, which can be emailed to us as well. Current customers can also submit discrepancies or compliments electronically through the Customer Feedback form. All submissions are automatically sent to management and are reviewed immediately upon receipt. Royalty will initiate any required corrective actions or contact the customer within 1 business day to discuss if required.
